“SDGs Radio” to Easily Learn About SDGs in Just One Minute
Today, I’d like to introduce another new business we’ve started last year—one that reminds me how small actions can drive meaningful progress toward a sustainable future.
Since January 2024, Kesion has been delivering ‘SDGs Radio,’ a one-minute educational audio program designed to introduce corporate SDGs initiatives to students nationwide.

This program is freely available to schools and can be played “anytime, anywhere, and easily.” It can be utilized in various settings, such as school lunchtime broadcasts and inquiry-based learning. Additionally, the narration is handled by visually impaired narrators affiliated with our partner, “Mimiyomi.” Leveraging their exceptional auditory skills, they deliver high-quality audio to provide a one-minute SDGs education.
Until May of 2024 approximately 4,000 schools(elementary, junior high, and high schools) have already adopted and registered for the program. Moving forward, we will expand our outreach to various regions, aiming to reach 20,000 schools by 2026. Our goal is to deliver “SDGs Radio” to even more children across the country. We encourage educational institutions to adopt “SDGs Radio” as a “powerful educational resource for SDGs learning,” and we invite companies to utilize it as a “new CSR initiative.”

In addition to “SDGs Radio,” we provide supplementary tools such as the “SDGs Newspaper” (digital edition) and worksheets to deepen understanding beyond auditory learning. Upon request, we also organize hands-on workshops in collaboration with SDGs-supporting companies, bringing real-world experiences closer to children.

Background of “SDGs Radio” Development
Our company has supported branding and public relations efforts for over 400 schools. Since around 2018, SDGs have gained recognition and have now become an essential element in discussions about schools.
As we deepened our understanding of the necessity of SDGs education, we engaged in numerous discussions with school officials who sought guidance on incorporating SDGs into their curriculum. One of the solutions born from these discussions is “SDGs Radio”—a sustainable, one-minute SDGs education program.
This initiative has received strong support from many educational institutions and companies. If you are interested or have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
