Holiday in Nagoya🏯

Today, let us show you about Nagoya. It is the capital of Aichi prefecture, and also the largest city in the central part of Japan.

가을의 상쾌하고 청량한 공기가 기분좋은 요즘 다들 잘 지내고 계신가요?

How have you been lately?

11월 3일, 일본은 “문화의 날”이였는데요, 모처럼의 빨간날이 일요일이라 월요일인 4일이 대체휴일로 3연휴 였답니다★

(“Cultural Day” in Japan on Nov 3^rd , but it was Sunday, so Monday was a compensatory holiday★)

이런 모처럼의 연휴, 집에서만 뒹굴뒹굴 하기엔 너무 아쉬웠던 저는

(During this long holiday, I thought I am too sad if just be at home.)

나고야행 신칸센 왕복권을 구매했답니다! 🚅

(So, I bought a round trip ticket for the Shinkansen to Nagoya.)

나고야는 이번이 3번째 여행이였구요~

(This was my third trip to Nagoya.)

혼자 여행하는건 이번이 처음이라 너무 들뜨고 설레였어요!

(It was my first time traveling alone, I was so excited!)

우선 첫 일정으로 간 곳은 토쿠가와원이였습니다!

(The first place I visited in Nagoya is Tokugawa Garden!)

토쿠가와원은 푸르른 나무와 잉어들이 헤엄치는 호수가 너무나도 아름답게 어우러진 일본식 정원이예요~!

(Tokugawa Garden is a Japanese-style garden with beautiful green trees and swimming Koi-fish in the pond!)

주택가 가운데에 자연이 어울어진 토쿠가와원에서 천천히 걷다보니 마음이 편해지더라구요~

(I walked slowly at Tokugawa Garden, where I can feel nature in the middle of the residential area.)

토쿠가와원을 구경 한 다음으로 향한 곳은,

(After I enjoyed Tokugawa Garden,)

나고야하면 결코 빼놓을 수 없는 나고야성이였습니다!

(I headed to Nagoya Castle, where you must see!)

연휴라 그런지 성 안팎으로 여러 행사들이 진행되고 있었어요~

(There were various events taking place, both inside and outside the castle.)

너무 아쉬웠던 점은, 예전에는 내부견학이 가능했는데,

지금은 내부시설이 공사중인지 내부에 들어가는건 불가능 하더라구요ㅠㅠ

(There used to be possible to have an inside tour, but now we cannot get inside the castle.)

그래도 밖에서 보는것만으로도 너무나도 아름다웠답니다!

(But, it was so beautiful just looking outside!)

저녁으론 나고야의 명물인 히츠마부시를 먹었어요~

(For dinner, I ate Hitsumabushi, Nagoya’s specialty)

장어가 입안에서 사르르 녹는게 너무너무 맛있었어요!

(The freshwater eel was so delicious!)

나고야 가시면 꼭 드셔보세요! 완전 추천합니다!!

(If you go to Nagoya, please try it! I totally recommend!!)

히츠마부시를 먹고나니 어느새 저녁이 되었고,

(After eating Hitsumabushi, it’s getting late.)

열심히 걸었더니 피곤한 나머지 일찍 들어가 쉬었어요.

(I walked hard and was tired so I went early and rested)

그 다음날, 일어나서 첫 일정으로 아리마츠라는 곳에 갔어요~

(The next day, I got up to Arimatsu as my first schedule.)

아리마츠는 일본의 전통건물들이 아직도 보존되어있는 거리입니다!

(The street in Arimatsu, the traditional Japanese buildings are still preserved)

건물은 전통건물로 줄지어진 거리라고는 하지만 지역 주민들이 거주하고 있어서 관광객들이 많이 몰려있지는 않았어요.

(Although it’s a street lined with traditional buildings, wasn’t crowded with tourists.)

아리마츠를 구경 한 후에 간 곳은 아츠타신궁입니다.

(After visiting Arimatsu, I went to Atsuta Shrine.)

일본의 3대 신궁중에 하나라고 하죠~ 정말 큰 신궁이였는데요,

(It is said to be one of the three major shrines in Japan.)

연휴때라 그런지 결혼식이나 시치고산(남자아이3,5세 여자아이3,7세 때에 성장을 축하하는 행사)등으로 정말 많은 참배객들로 붐비고 있었어요~

(During the holidays, it was crowded with a lot of visitor such as weddings and the Shichi-Go-San, an event that celebrates growth for boys age 3 and 5, girls age 3 and 7.)

이렇게 여러곳들을 구경 한 다음날, 도쿄로 돌아왔습니다.

(After I visited these places, I returned to Tokyo.)

이번엔 다른 볼일도 있고 해서 더 많은 관광지를 돌아다니지는 못했지만,

(I couldn’t visit tourist destinations mote at this time, cause I had other thing to do.)

나고야는 짧은일정으로 알차게 여행하기 좋은 곳인것 같아요^^

(However, Nagoya seems to be a good place for a short trip.)

마지막으로, 도쿄로 돌아오는 길에 신칸센에서 찍은 후지산사진이예요🗻

(Lastly, on the way back to Tokyo, I took a picture of Mt.Fuji while I am riding on the Shinkansen.)

일본에 온지 6년이 되었는데 아직 제대로 후지산을 가본적이 없네요ㅎㅎ

(It’s been six years since I came to Japan but I haven’t been to Mt. Fuji yet.)
