The Exchange 106

Now let’s dive in for today’s sharing.
Today i am planning to share few photos and experiences of my visit to The Exchange 106 Tower yesterday.. it was really a nice experience visiting one of the tallest tower in the world.. oppss before that, let me share you a simple introduction about The Exchange 106.
The Exchange 106 also known as TRX 106, TRX Signature Tower, is a landmark skyscraper within the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) area, which is a new financial district currently being developed in Kuala Lumpur.
Its located just nearby Bukit Bintang and around 5km distance from Malaysia’s iconic skyscraper KLCC Tower.
The Exchange 106 has 95-floor and topped with a 65-metre of 12-storey high illuminated crown which total up with 445.5 metre tall, make it as the 3rd tallest building in Malaysia.
TRX’s master plan will be occupied by 26 office buildings, residentials, hotels, retail, F&B and shopping center. Shopping center is currently under construction located just beside the The Exchange 106.
Heard that one of Japanese most popular store, Seibu Department Store will be one of the tenant in the shopping mall. Sounds very exciting right?
Currently there are few corporate buildings there such as Prudential Malaysia, HSBC Bank Malaysia, Affin Bank and a lot more.
Let me share with you some photos of my visit yesterday.

As mentioned just now, here are photos of under construction shopping center, surely will be becoming as one of main attraction for visitors to come to TRX area once its completed later.
Last but not least, you can have a short rest here by having coffee in this restaurant. At this moment, there is not much F&B tenants right here, but soon I believe there will be more opening.
