今天我们不谈广告,因为放日本的新年假了。来谈谈日本的食物。

作为一个爱吃辣,重油的重庆人,来到日本的第一个灾难就是日本食物真的是太淡了。

Most Chongqingese likes to eat spicy and heavy food, including me. But Japanese food was really too light, so it was hard for me to get used to it.

但是呆久了,慢慢开始觉得日本食物不错,最近又去了一家日式店,上图不多说。

But after a long stay in Japan, I’ve come to like its taste! And I recently went to a Japanese restaurant.

几百年都不会吃的刺身,现在还可以吃点点。

I haven’t had sashimi for a while, but now I eat a lot.

看到中间的火炉没,正在烤鱼头

Have a look at the stove in the middle. This is robatayaki-style, literally “fireside-cooking“. The head of the fish salted and grilled.
